Conscious Mind
Sometimes, we find ourselves in a state where clear thinking becomes difficult, preventing us from being fully aware of the facts and realities around us.
Challenges can lead to emotional instability, resulting in impulsive behavior. We act without considering the consequences, often exacerbating the problem and creating new ones.
Then comes regret. We start to wonder, “If only I could think calmly, if only I hadn’t made that decision if only I hadn’t taken that action, perhaps the current situation would be different, maybe even better.” And with regret comes guilt.
At times, we blame others, while at other times we turn the blame inward, ending up resenting ourselves. These feelings can drag us down further. We begin to hold assumptions as truths, even when reality may differ from our beliefs. Breaking free from this cycle of emotions is challenging until our minds truly awaken. Understanding the whole picture becomes difficult if we only accept partial facts.
Instead of drowning in regret or constantly blaming ourselves or others, self-awareness is crucial. Try sharing your story and listening to your inner voice and the opinions of others. Understand the problem, then seek solutions.
Regret and guilt are normal emotions. They make us aware of our mistakes. Taking responsibility for the consequences is essential. But most importantly, we learn from those mistakes. As the saying goes, "Experience is the best teacher.
